The Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control certification program covers the Principles of Design, Installation and Maintenance of Temporary Traffic Control Devices and identifies Standards. The general principles outlined in this program are applicable to both Rural and Urban applications featuring Part 6, Temporary Traffic Control from the FHWA Certification program on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
